Leadership
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, KruTech started as just a fireside dream for this husband and wife team. It was always just a dream until they couldn’t ignore the nagging voice telling them something special was just at the edge of the horizon.
Catherine Kruder, KruTech’s President and CEO, brings eleven years of program and project management experience at both large and small IT contracting companies. Catherine is a certified Project Management Professional and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. From a young age, Catherine’s parents taught her the importance of integrity and commitment to one’s family above all else. In starting KruTech, she hopes to live these values by creating a company for KruTech engineers that feels like family and growing personal, lasting connections with KruTech’s customers through honesty, trust, and reliability.
Josh Kruder, KruTech’s Vice President and CTO, brings fourteen years of fullstack software systems engineering experience. Josh has extensive experience leading multiple engineering teams through each stage of the systems development process from initial stakeholder engagement to testing and deployment. Josh holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Josh’s father retired after 26 years in the U.S. Navy and his three brothers are active duty in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Josh is especially passionate about supporting our country’s warfighter and using his expertise and skills to honor his family’s sacrifice.
